Situated in the heart of the busy Borders market town of Biggar, with excellent access from surrounding towns and villages and only 30 minutes drive from Edinburgh city centre “The Barony” is the ideal location to dine with family and friends for both visitors and locals alike.

Owned and run by Scott, the chef, along with his young team of staff, the restaurant is now in its 11th year and continues to offer a stylish and comfortable setting to enjoy freshly prepared food from our frequently changing menu.

We can cater for any size of party from a table for two to a private party for 40 with the addition of our new private dining and function area on the upper floor of the restaurant, you let us know what you want and we will be more than happy to arrange everything for you.
